Shipping Fragile Items
Fragile items, such as porcelain or glassware, can be safely shipped via courier within the Baltic States. For shipments outside the Baltic region, we carefully package all items; however, we cannot guarantee their safety in transit and accept no responsibility for damage. Shipping fragile items to distant locations is at your own risk. If you prefer to avoid this risk, we recommend selecting non-fragile items instead.
Product Compliance and Import Regulations
Our products comply with Lithuanian quality and labeling requirements.
Textile sizes follow the EN 13402 standard.
Toys comply with the EU Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC) and the EN 71 standard.
All food-contact souvenirs comply with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
If ordering from outside the European Union, please check whether your country requires additional documentation (quality certificates, certificates of origin, permits, or declarations) for customs clearance, import, resale, or use.
Customs and Tax Responsibilities
When importing products into non-EU countries, you are fully responsible for:
- Obtaining all required import documents.
- Covering any duties, excise, VAT, or other applicable taxes in your country.
- Ensuring compliance with local customs, labeling, or product restrictions.
Our company is not responsible for missing documents, customs rejections, or restrictions applied by your country.
